Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Woodhill Homes offers a one-year limited warranty on your home (excluding any paint touch-up, caulking, and appliances, which are covered by the manufacturer).

After you move into your new home, you may encounter some minor items that need adjustments, generally related to settling. We provide a warranty service after you have lived in your home for one year. Please make notes in the upcoming months and, once you have lived in your new home for eleven months, submit your one-year warranty request. Once we receive your request, Woodhill Homes will contact you to discuss the listed items and schedule your one-year warranty service
