ABOUT WOODHILL HOMES
We build the homes. You feel like the hero.
When you buy a home or invest in a residential development, you want to feel great—be your own hero. But let’s face it, not every home or community in the Central Oregon marketplace can meet that need. Why? In large part because many homes aren’t tied to a vision that is accessible, reflects your values, and truly resonates with you.
From the very start, we at Woodhill Homes have viewed your dreams and needs as our priority. The goal? For you to feel ecstatic about owning a high-quality home at a realistic price, within purposefully designed developments. That said, when you hire Woodhill Homes, you may notice we are far more than our product, know-how or leadership. That’s because George and Jay have grown and cultivated an organization that employs honest, dependable hires who genuinely appreciate the construction craft—and you!

OUR PURPOSE & CORE VALUES
Finding innovative ways to change the home building and home buying experience-and having fun doing it.
Woodhill Homes believes in giving back and has made itself part of the Oregon community. We’ve been longtime members of Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) and, in fact, Jay has served on its board and as the COBA President in years past. We have contributed to Make-A-Wish Foundation with a specially-built playhouse for an Oregon child and also built two green-certified homes for the local nonprofit Building Partners for Affordable Housing. We donate often to nonprofits and others who may need support, including Deschutes County School District and many sports teams throughout the region. And while we often build “green” homes, we like to think that many other design features—such as our comfortable, spacious great rooms, the diversity of our elevations, and our use natural light to uplift and expand smaller spaces—supports joyful living, connection and community. Again, at Woodhill Homes, it all ties back to our core values of integrity, adaptability, innovation, passion, self-starting, competition and responsibility.
