Visit Reed Pointe these days and you'll see some new designs are coming up in the neighborhood. For instance, there's our award-winning COBA Tour of Homes modern design home placed across from our traditional homes.
You see, we've had tremendous interest (and awards!) from our contemporary designs so we chose to mix it up a little, architecturally speaking. But we are being thoughtful when doing so, reserving the interior lots for our traditional style homes while planning to build three styles of modern homes on the westside lots. We think it's a little like Bend after all. A little traditional with a new twist. So come out and take a look as our contemporary homes in Reed Pointe really take shape.
