There's a tremendous amount of options you can do with your current home to make it your perfect home. And since we build up homes from scratch, you can rest assured we're qualified for your home's remodel, too.

Energy Assessment ProgramsDon't let your energy dollars go up the flue or out the window this winter.
Take advantage of our Energy Assessment program that will assess the energy efficiency of your home. With this program Earth Advantage will perform a "blower door" test and heating duct testing. With the information gathered from these tests we can determine the areas of your home that are losing energy. Once the test information is reviewed, Woodhill Homes will make recommendations on ways to "tighten" up your home for greater energy efficiency and, ultimately, lower utility costs. The energy assessment is available for $450.
